Welcome to Dream Decoder! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Dream Decoder application ("Service") operated by AMEDYA LTD/UK ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   
   By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
   
   
2. User Accounts:
   
   When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
   
   
3. Intellectual Property:
   
   The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AMEDYA LTD. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AMEDYA LTD. Additionally, any dreams submitted by you become the intellectual property of AMEDYA LTD, and we reserve the right to use them as part of our database and for further analysis and study.
   
   
4. User Content:
   
   You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. By posting Content using the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

   Please refer to our Refund Policy section for detailed information about our guidelines.
   
   
6. Subscriptions:
   
   When purchasing a Subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Dream Decoder offers various subscription options with auto-renewal. Terms for these subscriptions will be detailed within the app. Billing Cycles are depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal in your device settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After this time, the amount of the subscription is due.
   
   
7. Subscriptions Termination
   
   You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. 
   
   iOS: Select Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and select the subscription you want to modify. If a free trial is offered, the subscription will start automatically after the end of the trial period if you don't cancel it before the end of the free trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
   
   Android: Select Subscriptions in your Google Play Account settings and select the subscription you want to modify. If a free trial is offered, the subscription will start automatically after the end of the trial period if you don't cancel it before the end of the free trial period.
   
   
8. Changes to Service:
   
   We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service and any service or material we provide via the Service at our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
   
   
9. Termination:
   
   We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
   
   
10. Limitation of Liability:
    
    In no event will AMEDYA LTD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

    Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
    
    
12. Governing Law:
    
    These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of London/ UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
    
    
13. Changes to Terms:
    
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
